Tendril is seeking a Customer Growth Manager for LATAM, a full-time contractor role with 100% remote work. The candidate will own post-demo relationships, guide trials to outcomes, and drive adoption and expansion within creative and marketing teams using tools like Adobe CC, Figma, and Canva.

Ideal candidate will navigate designer workflows, collaborate with brands and agencies, and turn engagement into measurable revenue growth through effective prospect reactivation and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience in B2B SaaS customer growth, CS, or account management.
• Ability to guide prospects through trials and conversions.
• Understanding of design workflows and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of prospect relationships immediately after product demos.
• Become proficient with the platform and its primary customer workflows.
• Help prospects and customers inside the software.
• Guide prospects through trials, projects, and relevant use cases.
• Understand customer workflows and the tools they use.
• Demonstrate fit into or improvements for Adobe, Figma, and Canva workflows.
• Convert demo/trial engagement into qualified opportunities.
• Drive onboarding, adoption, and engagement post-purchase.
• Identify opportunities to expand within teams, brands, and markets.
• Maintain CRM accuracy for customers, opportunities, and referrals.
