Onward Search is seeking a Creative Director for a remote, permanent role to steer family-friendly marketing campaigns from concept through launch.

You will translate business goals into distinctive creative strategies, guide production across channels, and lead a growing team while maintaining high standards. This position demands a decade of experience in design and leadership, with a proven track record across campaigns and hands-on work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bring at least 10 years of experience in design and creative work.
• Have demonstrated creative direction experience across campaigns, multiple channels, and team leadership.
• Show exceptional conceptual ability, visual judgment, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in fast-moving, resource-limited environments with incomplete information and changing priorities.
• Connect creative decisions to business outcomes while remaining comfortable producing hands-on work.
