Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist for remote, worldwide collaboration on AI-assisted graphic design and UI/UX tasks. The contractor will review AI outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and annotate data to train better models.

The role requires paid experience in AI human-data work, strong design tool proficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related fields.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images and videos for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing and user experience.
