Crossing Hurdles is seeking a contract Commercial Real Estate expert to support AI model development. This remote role requires 10-40 hrs/week.

You will provide input on CRE concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations; review lease agreements; and create realistic scenarios for data training.

Strong written and verbal English, with experience across US, Canada, UK and Europe, and ability to work effectively with remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert input on CRE concepts, feasibility studies, and valuations for AI model development.
• Review lease agreements and contribute to realistic property management scenarios.
• Collaborate with SMEs to evaluate best practices and industry standards.
• Deliver clear written explanations of CRE transactions and market trends for data training.
• Identify regulatory nuances affecting CRE across US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to ensure high accuracy and quality.
