Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a contract Commercial Real Estate expert to support AI model development. This remote role requires 10-40 hrs/week.

You will provide input on CRE concepts, feasibility studies, and property valuations; review lease agreements; and create realistic scenarios for data training.

Strong written and verbal English, with experience across US, Canada, UK and Europe, and ability to work effectively with remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.

Requirements
