Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across the United States. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data integrity and proactive site management, with potential remote components and significant travel.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support patient recruitment, and ensure audit readiness while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.
• US ONLY: As part of your employment with Syneos Health, you may be deployed to Sites that require certain medical and other personal information to gain facility access.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Per CMP/SMP: assesses site processes, conducts Source Document Review, verifies data in CRF and supports query resolution.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and reviews storage and security; ensures proper labeling and release/return.
• Routinely reviews ISF for accuracy; reconciles with TMF and ensures archiving of essential documents.
• Documents activities, supports recruitment and tracking, and enters data into tracking systems.
