Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate with regional alignment across the US. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, with responsibilities spanning regulatory compliance, data integrity, and site management.

Travel up to 75% is expected, including on-site and remote activities. You will work within a dynamic team, promoting patient-centric trials and ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality and data integrity.
• Reviews site processes, conducts source data review, and ensures accurate CRF data entry and query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, and labeling in line with protocol requirements.
• Maintains ISF/TMF alignment and ensures archiving of essential documents as required.
• Supports subject recruitment, retention, and data tracking; communicates status and actions clearly.
• Manages project scope, budgets, timelines, and site-level communications; adapts to changing priorities.
