Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate regionally aligned across the US.

You will join a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization focused on accelerating customer success and delivering outcomes across clinical development, medical, and commercial insights. The role emphasizes site qualification, monitoring, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring ICH-GCP/regulatory compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Conducts Source Document Review and CRF data verification; drives query resolution with site staff.
• Manages IP inventory and labeling per protocol; ensures proper storage and release/return.
• Maintains ISF and TMF accuracy; supports recruitment, retention and data tracking.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and participates in sponsor meetings; supports audit readiness.
