Job summary

Rho Inc is hiring a CRA II or Senior CRA to join our clinical monitoring team. You will perform site monitoring visits across multiple protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage documentation to keep data audit-ready.

Expect 8–10 visits per month with up to 80% travel and a remote work arrangement within the U.S. Candidates have a BA/BS in a life sciences field and 2+ years (CRA II) or 4–5+ years (Senior CRA) of on-site monitoring experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of on-site monitoring experience for CRA II; 4-5+ years for Senior CRA in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Experience with site monitoring activities and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform all site monitoring visit activities (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV).
• Participate in site selection with oversight from Clinical Team Lead.
• Provide feedback to assist sites in resolving deficiencies and follow up until resolved.
• Develop and review protocols, study tools, and materials for clinical trials.
• Mentor and co-monitor junior team members.
• Maintain relationships with clinical sites and internal teams.
