Job summary

Rho, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior Clinical Research Associate for monitoring pain studies. This remote position requires conducting 8-10 site visits per month with travel up to 80%. Candidates should have a BA/BS in a life science or related field and relevant experience in monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2 years of on-site monitoring experience (CRA II) or 4-5 years (Senior CRA).
• Demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge.
• Strong organization skills for managing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform all site monitoring visit activities.
• Participate in the site selection process.
• Provide feedback to sites on detected deficiencies.
• Mentor junior clinical team members.
• Attend and present at meetings and conferences.
