Job summary

Rho is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA to monitor pain studies and manage site visits. You will ensure protocol adherence, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate trial documentation.

The role requires 8–10 site visits per month with travel up to 80% and remote work within the US within a 1-hour airport commute. Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree and have on-site CRO monitoring experience, with strong communication and quality-focused skills to support

Qualifications

• 2 years (CRA II) or 4-5+ years of on-site monitoring experience in CRO/pharma/biotech
• Proven monitoring skills including site visits to assess protocol and regulatory adherence
• Strong ability to ensure data is audit ready and passes regulatory audits

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV) and monitor multiple protocols
• Assist in site selection with Clinical Team Lead
• Provide feedback and corrective actions to sites to resolve deficiencies
• Develop and review protocols, study tools, and trial documentation
• Mentor and train junior clinical team members and monitor collaboration
