Job summary

Rho is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA with on-site monitoring experience to join our team. The role involves performing and coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management in line with ICH GCP, FDA guidelines, and Rho SOPs.

This remote position requires travel to sites (up to 80%) within the US, with a 1-hour drive of a metropolitan airport. You will ensure audit-ready data and support project success across multiple protocols.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life science, nursing, pharmacy or related field.
• Approximately 2 years (CRA II) or 4–5+ years of on-site monitoring experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EDC systems.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (PSV, SIV, IMV, COV).
• Assist in site selection with Clinical Team Lead oversight.
• Provide feedback and follow-up to resolve deficiencies at sites.
• Contribute to development and review of protocols, tools, and materials.
• Mentor and co-monitor junior team members.
• Maintain relationships with sites and internal teams.
• Present at meetings and Investigator Meetings.
• Participate in RFP and business development discussions.
• Contribute to SOPs for clinical trials.
