Job summary

AEIC Case Management LLC is seeking providers who are already approved or contracted with Texas HHSC for Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women (CPW) to join our independent contractor roster.

This is a remote opportunity with virtual services where permitted by program requirements; roster placement does not guarantee clients, referrals, hours, or income. Independent contractors are not salaried employees.

Qualifications

• Reliable internet connection and private workspace required.
• Strong organization skills and clear communication with clients and teams.
• Current HHSC CPW provider approval or contracting status required.
• Enrollment/credentials valid for services provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive and follow-up case management visits within approved scope.
• Assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and follow up on progress.
• Maintain timely documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Follow AEIC documentation standards and program/payer requirements.
