Job summary

AEIC Case Management LLC is seeking providers already approved or contracted with Texas HHSC for Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women (CPW) to join our independent contractor roster.

This remote opportunity involves virtual visits where permitted, with compensation per visit and no guaranteed client referrals, hours, or income. Compliance with AEIC onboarding and documentation standards will be required.

Qualifications

• Current HHSC CPW provider approval or contracting status, subject to verification.
• Current professional credentials and enrollment required for the services you provide.
• Ability to complete AEIC roster, credentialing, and onboarding requirements before serving clients.
• Reliable internet, a private workspace, and strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive and follow-up case management visits within your approved scope.
• Assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and follow up on progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Follow AEIC documentation standards and applicable program and payer requirements.

AEIC is seeking providers who are already approved or contracted with Texas HHSC for Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women (CPW) and want to be considered for our independent contractor roster. Help eligible children and pregnant women connect with needed medical, social, educational, and community resources. This is an independent contractor opportunity with virtual services where permitted by program and payer requirements. It is not a salaried employee position. Roster placement does not guarantee clients, referrals, hours, or income.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive and follow-up case management visits within your approved scope.
• Assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and follow up on progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Follow AEIC documentation standards and applicable program and payer requirements.

Compensation and administrative fee

• $45 for each completed comprehensive visit.
• $35 for each completed follow-up visit.
• Contractors are responsible for a flat administrative fee. The amount and payment terms will be disclosed in the contractor agreement before you commit.
• Visit payment requirements and timing will be set out in the contractor agreement. No minimum caseload or earnings are promised.
