Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a CPQ Business Analyst to support in-house CPQ efforts nationwide in the United States. You will gather requirements, document pricing workflows, and partner with pricing to translate pricing logic into detailed specs for developers.

Ideal candidates have 3–7+ years as an IT Business Analyst, experience with CPQ tools, and strong communication skills. The role offers remote or hybrid work options and eligibility for annual incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in an Agile environment (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce/Oracle) to configure pricing rules and workflows.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, and revenue management.
• Ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and write FRDs.
• Excellent communication across business and technical teams and strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CPQ platform enhancements.
• Partner with Pricing team to translate pricing logic into functional requirements for developers.
• Translate complex pricing concepts into clear technical specs for the software team.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT/engineering teams.
• Review delivered functionality through QA, SME testing, and validation.
• Maintain documentation of pricing logic, workflows, and system behavior in CPQ.
• Support backlog grooming, defect triage, and ongoing process improvements.
