Job summary

You will handle Tier-II/III support, contribute to cross-platform integrations, and train users and staff for effective operation of CPMS systems.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in IT
• Three to five years of related IT experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-II and -III support and troubleshooting for CPMS systems
• Develop and enhance enterprise systems based on stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with IPF and campus partners on integrations
• Train users and cross-train support staff
