Job summary

Combined Selection Group Ltd. is seeking a Sales Data Analyst to transform retail data into actionable insights for North American accounts, including Walmart, Target, Costco, and Kroger. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in CPG analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau and retailer portals. This position is remote with national scope in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a analytics-related field.
• 2-4 years in CPG sales analytics or retail analytics.
• Experience with retail customers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, Albertsons, or similar retailers.
• Strong experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Intermediate SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards supporting Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Develop reporting tools tracking key retail metrics such as Sales performance, POS velocity, distribution, ACV, promotions.
• Analyze retailer and syndicated data sources for trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Analyze promotional ROI and trade spend; provide insights to optimize investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable self-service reporting and support National Accounts.
