Job summary

Circana is seeking an analyst to join a two-consultant team embedded with a leading consumer health client in Summit, New Jersey. You will run models, extract actionable insights, and deliver accurate client-ready outputs.

You will gain hands-on exposure to elasticity modeling, promotional effectiveness, and assortment optimization in a live environment, collaborating with Circana's modeling team and the client's analytics group. This is a strong development seat within Circana Analytics.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in CPG analytics, category management, revenue growth management support or related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with POS, syndicated or panel data; Circana data experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Python, R or SQL preferred.
• Analytical curiosity and ability to verify results before presenting to clients.

Responsibilities

• Run Circana's price, promotion, and assortment platforms; execute scenarios and simulations and QC results.
• Identify notable findings and business implications; provide first take to consultants.
• Translate model output into clear slides and summaries for reviews and readouts.
• Keep the program on schedule with quarterly refreshes and monthly updates.
• Maintain product groupings, attribute files and geography lists used by models.
• Support client users with questions and training sessions; escalate as needed.
• Develop knowledge of elasticity modeling, promotional effectiveness, and optimization to grow into a consultant role.
