Job summary

Circana seeks a Client Analytics Consultant, Pricing and Assortment, to partner with a leading consumer health client in Summit, NJ. You will translate model output into actionable pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions, framing business questions with client teams and delivering market-ready recommendations.

You will spend a minimum of two days per week onsite and lead working sessions, ensuring the client can defend recommendations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10 to 14 years of experience in CPG revenue growth management, pricing and promotion analytics, category management, or a consulting/analytics role serving CPG clients.
• Experience with Point of Sale and syndicated data; Circana or comparable data experience preferred.
• Ability to lead working sessions, present recommendations to senior client stakeholders, and influence decisions.
• Located in Summit, New Jersey or able to commute to Summit a minimum of two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted analytics partner to the client's pricing, RGM, category and brand teams.
• Shape pricing and promotion decisions using elasticity analyses and scenarios; translate into guidelines and retailer-specific recommendations.
• Shape assortment decisions using demand transferability and shelf-space simulations; support line reviews and delisting decisions.
• Connect analytics to commercial outcomes; lead sessions and package recommendations, track events in market.
• Collaborate with Circana delivery teams; own model specs and ensure outputs meet client needs.
• Build client capability by training users, running office hours, and increasing fluency in elasticities and optimization.
• Identify next opportunities and bring adjacent problems to the commercial lead with a clear point of view.
• Present with presence to senior client stakeholders and defend data-driven recommendations.
