Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering background a plus.
• 4–5+ years of project management experience in consumer goods.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams through stage‑gate product development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to define and manage project scope, timeline, cost and quality.
• Track risks, mitigate issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with manufacturing and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sourcing, supply chain, and vendors to deliver on time and on budget.
