Frida, a Miami-based company redefining parenting products, is seeking a part-time contractor to support paid social creative across our brands. This hands-on role focuses on creator coordination, production follow-through, and creative reviews to help the team scale quickly.

You will contribute to copy development, asset reviews, and performance analysis while staying organized across multiple projects and deadlines. Remote options available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in paid social or related field.
• Strong copywriting instincts for hooks, headlines, and social copy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day creative workstreams across stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and creators.
• Update timelines, trackers, and status updates for multiple projects.
• Follow up on items, surface blockers, and keep projects moving with minimal oversight.
• Manage communication with UGC creators, product sends, and logistics.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and naming conventions.
• Prepare materials for internal reviews and capture feedback.
