Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced CPAs and Tax Advisors to support a project focused on tax preparation, advisory, and AI evaluation. The role is remote (US Only) and contract-based part time.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing Form 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, and 1065; providing tax guidance; reviewing AI-generated tax advice; developing evaluation rubrics; staying current with federal and state tax laws.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing required.
• 5+ years of professional tax preparation or advisory experience preferred.
• Experience with personal and small business tax returns advantageous.
• Knowledge of federal regulation and at least one state's income tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Form 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, and 1065 tax returns.
• Provide tax guidance and explain complex tax concepts clearly.
• Review AI-generated tax advice against defined rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Verify tax documentation, filing requirements, deadlines, and applicable forms.
• Develop and refine tax-related evaluation rubrics and grading standards.
• Stay current with federal and applicable state tax laws.
