CFS is seeking a CPA Accountant/Relationship Manager for 100% remote work with a flexible schedule and strong work/life balance. Starting salary is $85,000 with a clear path to $205,000 as client load grows, and unlimited PTO. The role is a permanent direct hire, with a 40-hour workweek and CST availability for client questions.

The position combines technical bookkeeping and tax work with substantial client communication and relationship management to support growth.

Qualifications

• CPA with small to medium-sized firm experience required.
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting and annual report filings.
• Role splits into 20 hours of technical work and 10–20 hours of client communication/relationship management/tax preparation.
