CFS is hiring an Accountant/Relationship Manager for a fully remote role. You’ll perform bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual filings while building strong client relationships.

Starting salary is $85,000 with a path to $205,000 as you expand your client base; unlimited PTO and a permanent direct-hire arrangement support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• CPA required for this role.
• Experience with small/medium-sized firms preferred.
• Strong communication and service mindset.

Path to $205,000 Salary (clients provided by firm)

$85,000 (50 clients), $125,000 (75 clients), $165,000 (100 clients), up to $205,000 salary (125 clients), then possible equity.
