CFS is hiring an Accountant/Relationship Manager in a 100% remote, permanent direct hire role. The CPA requirement is essential, and the firm commits to a clear path to a salary up to $205,000, starting at $85,000 with a flexible CST schedule.

Responsibilities include bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting and annual report filings; the role blends technical work with client communication as the workload scales from 20 hours of hands-on work to 10–20 hours

Qualifications

• CPA with small to medium-sized firm experience required.
• Strong communication skills, kindness, and a heart of service.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping, monthly reports, tax planning, payroll processing, 1099 reporting, and annual report filings.
• 20 hours of technical work weekly and 10–20 hours of client communication, relationship management, and tax preparation for clients.
