Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing.
• Experience preparing compilation reports under SSARS.
• Strong command of financial statement presentation and formatting for compilations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy across repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with standardized workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a high volume of compilation reports following firm procedures; output up to 500 reports.
• Review client-provided financial statements; format for compilation purposes.
• Apply consistent standards across engagements for uniform presentation and disclosures.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information before finalizing reports.
• Maintain organized digital records of compilations and client correspondence.
• Communicate with team members to resolve open items or clarify data as needed.
• Meet daily and weekly throughput targets without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
• Follow firm SOPs and reporting templates precisely and consistently.
