This role is 100% Remote with a Midwest presence. Base salary $90K-$130K + annual bonus, 401K match, and benefits. Full-Time.

As part of our team, you’ll work directly with the owner, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to a variety of tax and accounting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tax engagements for local small businesses, including tax planning, preparation, and filing.
• Collaborate with the owner to manage tax projects and provide high-quality service to clients.
• Perform accounting work using QuickBooks and assist with monthly and year-end closing.
• Assist clients with various accounting needs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to resolve issues and answer tax-related questions.
