Job summary

RiverStone Group is seeking a Coverage Litigation Attorney, APO, to lead complex, high exposure insurance coverage litigation and develop strategies for each matter. Hybrid within 60 miles of Manchester, NH or Garden City, NY, or fully remote in the United States.

The role requires extensive experience and leadership in coordinating outside counsel, with a commitment to ethical conduct and clear communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of insurance coverage experience as outside counsel or within the insurance industry.
• Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice in any state or DC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for each litigated matter.
• Manage internal and external resources toward favorable resolutions.
• Lead outside counsel and oversee budgets and plans.
• Provide legal counsel on complex, high exposure claims.
• Prepare reports applying facts to legal concepts and contracts.
