Stealth, a litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join its team remotely, with an office available for in-person work and occasional travel to the NYC area for court appearances.

The role handles all phases of insurance coverage disputes, represents clients in NYC court, and collaborates with the broader litigation group on complex matters. Must have NY license and 5+ years in litigation, with openness to reduced-hour arrangements.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling insurance disputes and coverage matters.
• Resident within commuting distance to NYC with occasional travel for appearances.
• Open to reduced-hour or less-than-full-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of insurance coverage and disputes litigation.
• Represent clients in court appearances in the NYC area as needed.
• Manage case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and related litigation tasks.
• Collaborate with the broader litigation team on complex coverage matters.
