Job summary

WCG is seeking a Coverage Analyst to support the start-up process for site clients by completing coverage analysis tasks. You will read trial protocols, develop activity grids, and determine required tests and billing implications with Medicare guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel. Travel is minimal and the position is remote, with a focus on accurate documentation and teamwork within One WCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or significant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role or field.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to understand clinical terms and descriptors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of clinical trial coverage analysis.
• Read and analyze protocols and develop activity grids to identify required tests and assessments.
• Interpret Medicare policies and other guidelines to determine billing for clinical trials.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal resources and review work for quality.
