Job summary

WCG is seeking a Coverage Analyst to support site client start-up processes by performing coverage analysis tasks, reviewing protocols, and identifying required tests and CPT/HCPCS codes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience, with strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and the ability to interpret Medicare guidelines. Travel is minimal; the pay is hourly and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to read and interpret clinical trial protocols and billing guidelines.
• Proficient with Excel and able to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of coverage analysis for clinical trials.
• Read protocols and develop activity grids to identify required tests and assessments.
• Interpret Medicare policies and determine billing implications for trials.
• Identify CPT/HCPCS codes using internal tools and review work for quality.
