Remote Legal Court Reporting seeks Reporting Support Specialists to assist reporters before, during, and after remote proceedings. You’ll provide real-time operational support, basic tech troubleshooting, monitor events, and help resolve service issues to ensure a smooth, high-quality record.

Ideal candidates hold AAERT CER or CDR, an active notary commission, remote oath authorization or the ability to obtain it, and relevant court reporting experience.

Qualifications

• AAERT CER or CDR certification is required.
• Active notary commission required.
• Remote oath authorization (RON) or ability to obtain it.
• Relevant court reporting or legal industry experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support reporters before, during, and after remote proceedings.
• Provide real-time operational support and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Monitor active proceedings and help identify service issues.
• Review proceeding documentation and assist with follow-up.
• Assist reporter onboarding and ongoing guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep reporting operations running smoothly.
