Job summary

Human Ventures, LLC. is seeking a Court Reporter Relations Assistant for Provider Operations - Post-Deposition. This full-time, remote hourly role includes benefits and PTO, with a schedule of 9am–5:30pm PT, Monday through Friday.

You will manage late transcript follow-ups, coordinate with court reporters, and monitor dashboards to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Prior legal services or court reporting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Experienced court reporter relations or post-deposition operations professional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple cases and deadlines.
Proficiency with Slack, Zendesk, Monday, and Notion; clear daily communication with reporters, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the Late Transcript Follow-up procedure.
Communicate rough drafts and expedite transcript requests with court reporters; relay conflicts inter-departmentally.
Assist with the Reporter Rehab program, as needed.
Communicate daily with court reporters regarding job status, deadlines, and missing materials.
Monitor the Slack tag and respond or escalate as appropriate.
Post job updates, risks, and escalations in Slack channels.
Collaborate with the Calendar Team to remove reporters from assignments when backlog thresholds are reached.
Escalate late or incomplete jobs to management or Production when appropriate.
Oversee the Zendesk inbox and maintain SLAs; elevate tickets as needed.
Review the Looker dashboard daily and flag reporters with high outstanding transcripts.
Track late transcript percentages and trigger remediation actions when thresholds are hit.
Build and maintain up-to-date performance metrics on reporters.
Ensure transcript files meet agency standards and are submitted on time.
