Bupa is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to provide remote counselling to customers, delivering high-quality outcomes through assessments, brief interventions, and evidence-based planning. You will work in a multidisciplinary clinical team and may conduct face-to-face sessions when needed.

The role requires accredited registration (BACP/NCPS/UKCP) and at least 3 years post-qualification experience, with hybrid working options and supportive benefits.

Formación

• BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists required.
• NCPS Professional Accredited Registrants required.
• UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellors/Psychotherapists required.
• 3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality counselling or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.
• Follow sessional limits based on the client's company benefits.
• Deliver group psychoeducation, raise mental health awareness, and promote mental wellbeing remotely.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve client experiences.
