Job summary
Bupa Mindplace Newcastle is seeking a Counsellor/Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality counselling to customers, working in a multidisciplinary team. The role offers hybrid working, a mix of on-site and remote sessions, and opportunities to contribute to mental health initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have accreditation with BACP, NCPS, or UKCP and at least 3 years post-qualification experience, with strong diary management and interpersonal skills to support client outcomes.
Qualifications
- BACP Accredited Counsellors/Psychotherapists; NCPS Accredited Registrants; UKCP Registered Counsellors/Psychotherapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality counselling with strong clinical outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide interventions.
- Offer face-to-face or remote sessions as needed.
- Follow Bupa case management processes with Clinical Leads.
