Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 2–3 years of cost segregation experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of tax depreciation rules preferred.
• Self-starter who can manage a project end-to-end.
• Ability to lead and develop staff within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with multiple studies integrated with long-term planning.
• Perform construction cost estimating and analyze blueprints; draft client reports.
• Occasional travel (10–20%) and direct client contact.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across projects.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentoring to staff.
