Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking a Cost Estimator III to estimate project costs across in-house manufacturing, installation, and subcontract components using an Excel-based workbook. You will collaborate with in-house teams and outside resources to ensure complete solutions and manage post-sale budgeting and ERP entries (CSI9).

This remote role supports project managers throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate has four years of estimating experience, strong communication, and Excel proficiency, with

Qualifications

• Four years estimating experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and critical thinking.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Experience in construction industry.
• Experience with ERP databases, especially CSI.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and compile data to estimate project costs using scope, drawings and in house manufacturing, installation, and subcontract items.
• Review opportunity, sales and contract documents with in house and outside resources to verify completeness and minimize risk.
• Execute post sale estimating duties, budgeting, and ERP data entry (CSI9).
• Support project managers throughout the lifecycle, including change orders and revenue adjustments.
• Manage reports communicating expected demand from sales to manufacturing for planning.
