Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks an entry-level Project Estimator I to join the ECSC Pricing & Analytics team in the US. You will help prepare and manage cost estimates for multiple projects, focusing on accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.

This role offers growth within the team. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction groups to develop robust estimates using PlanSwift, WinEst, CostX, MS Project, or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Internship or practical experience in construction management or engineering.
• Familiarity with cost estimation software and tools.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates for multiple projects across stages.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to analyze specifications and drawings.
• Perform value engineering and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Develop estimation tools, databases, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Track project costs and update estimates as scope or conditions change.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
