Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a mid-level Cost Analyst to support FXR programs within the Navy portfolio. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, cost modeling and data analysis skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment with minimal travel.

You will develop cost estimates, maintain cost models, and support program controls and management artifacts, contributing to mission-focused defense programs in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related technical degree.
• 3-4 years of cost analysis experience (internship/academic work acceptable).
• Experience with cost models and independent cost data analysis tasks.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis support for FXR CAWG and related groups.
• Develop and maintain the FXR Cost Model and supporting documentation.
• Support program control artifacts and scheduling in the FXR program.
• Provide on-site and remote support to the FXR Integrated Product Team.
• Brief analyses and work products to lead CAWG and PC IPT leadership.
