Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a mid-level Cost Analyst with an active DoD Secret clearance to provide full-time support to the FXR program within Portfolio Acquisition Executive Mission Systems Above Water Sensors Directorate.

The candidate will perform cost analysis and program management tasks, develop and maintain cost models (FXR Cost Model, CRED, CARD), and brief analyses to the CAWG Lead and Program Control IPT Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 3-4 years of Cost Analysis experience (internship and/or academic experience applicable).
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain the clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost analysis support to the FXR Cost Analysis Working Group and related activities.
• Develop and maintain the FXR Cost Model, CRED, CARD, and supporting documentation.
• Brief analysis and work products to CAWG Lead and Program Control IPT Lead.
• Support Acquisition Strategy, schedule, and other program management artifacts for the FXR Program Control IPT.
• Provide on-site and remote support to the FXR Program Control IPT.
