Job summary

State of Washington is seeking a Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) to join the Quality Assurance Records Unit at the DOC Headquarters in Tumwater, WA. The role supports internal transfer candidates under WFSE Article 4.7, with telework options and standard daytime hours.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and substantial experience with legal records related to jurisdiction and sentencing, or supervisory experience in these functions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ experience processing, maintaining and reviewing legal records used to determine agency jurisdiction and sentencing calculations in a correctional facility, community corrections, or other legal agency OR experience supervising staff performing these functions.
