Airway Heights Corrections Center (AHCC) is seeking a Correctional Program Manager (CPM) to lead program and unit staff, align with the agency mission, and partner with leadership to operate living units and ongoing programs safely and effectively. The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and adherence to public safety goals in Washington state.

Salary is listed at $123,420.00 annually, with telework options possible under a broader DOC telework framework.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent credits and five years of corrections experience with supervision.
• Seven years or more of broad managerial experience in corrections, including supervision.
• One year of unit management experience covering case management, budget, safety and security, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of living units, programs, custody, classification, and movement.
• Assist with staffing needs for two or more General Population Living Units.
• Manage incarcerated individual job assignments.
• Oversee hiring, training, evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor the incarcerated classification process for multiple living units.
• Serve as the facility ADA coordinator.
