Job summary

State of Washington’s Department of Corrections seeks a Correctional Records Supervisor to lead the CCR Unit, oversee sentence structure reviews, and ensure accurate ORP determinations. Telework/hybrid work is offered with occasional in-office requirements in Tumwater, WA.

The role emphasizes secure handling of offender records and strong collaboration with staff and external agencies. Ideal candidates bring OMNI experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to manage teams

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience maintaining or processing sentenced individual records in an adult correctional agency.
• One (1) year of OMNI experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems under stress and in demanding situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise correctional records staff and guide daily office operations.
• Oversee CCR and ORP determinations and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain electronic and physical files and timely processing.
• Communicate with facility staff, public, and criminal justice agencies.
