Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager I to serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. The role involves handling billing, closing transactions, and supporting cash and investment activity within corporate trust accounts.

You will review documents, collaborate with internal teams, and help ensure compliance across client accounts while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with corporate trust accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Perform day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing and cash/investment transactions.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents; coordinate with legal to ensure proper mechanisms.
