Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager I to serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service. You will support assigned trustee relationships, handle billing of administrative fees, facilitate transaction closings, and process cash and investment transactions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate/trust or escrow environment is expected.

• Build relationships and continuously engage with customers to provide support and resolve routine and complex requests.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal groups across UMB's Corporate Trust teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and administered properly.
