Job summary

UMB Bank's Corporate Trust and Escrow Services is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager I to be the primary client contact, delivering exceptional service for institutional accounts and managing day-to-day activities such as billing, closing transactions, and debt service calculations.

You will review legal documents, coordinate with corporate legal, and work across Corporate Trust teams to ensure compliant operations and accurate account maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant corporate trust experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and engage with customers to resolve routine and complex requests.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure proper mechanics.
• Collaborate with internal Corporate Trust teams to ensure compliant and properly administered client accounts.
