American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Global Servicing Travel Consultant to join our remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You’ll advise and arrange travel across US/Canada/UK/Australia, use Sabre GDS, and ensure policy compliance while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate travel experience.
• Native GDS expertise in Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service in a travel environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
• Conduct analysis of travel options and anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel (air, rail, road, hotels).
• Use Sabre as the Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Ensure compliance with travel policy, provider policies, and regulations.
• Provide excellent phone-based service and handle special requests.
• Prevent fraudulent bookings by following security protocols.
• Collaborate with team to coach and improve service levels.
