National Travel Systems is seeking a self-starter for a remote, US-resident role focused on high-volume air ticketing, including hotel and car reservations. You will provide accurate fare quotes, handle multiple customers concurrently, and manage end-to-end ticketing from record creation to invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume ticketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Sabre, Travelport+, or Apollo.

Formación

• Experience handling high-volume air ticketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and teamwork.
• Knowledge of group air contracting is a plus.
• Reside in the United States and proficient in Sabre/Travelport/Apollo.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume air ticketing, including hotel and car reservations.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and timely responses to inquiries.
• Multitask by assisting multiple customers concurrently.
• Process ticket refunds and exchanges as needed.
