Job summary

Acendas Travel is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant for a regular full-time remote position in the US. The role involves delivering high-quality service to corporate clients, processing domestic and international travel, and maintaining compliance with company travel policies.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, be self-directed, and able to work independently or in a team while managing high volumes and complex itineraries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years’ corporate travel experience.
• Knowledge of travel agency operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Sabre reservation system.
• Ability to work shifts to cover extended hours.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries in a call center environment through multiple channels.
• Receive, initiate and process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel and limo services.
• Handle a high volume of monthly transactions.
• Utilize GDS queues, scripts, and programmable keys to fulfill travel requests.
• Advocate for the client to ensure travel needs are met and satisfaction is exceeded.
• Email monitoring and response.
• Participate in special projects.
