Qualifications

• 6 years related professional experience with transferable skills.
• Experience supporting planning cycles, including long-range planning, with demonstrated ability to distill market and internal insights into executive-ready insights and deliverables.
• Proven competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support development of multi-year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze internal performance data to identify key strategic insights and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic priorities.
• Support development for new initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments.
• Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for planning sessions.
• Partner with Strategy Execution and Recognition teams to monitor progress and performance of core initiatives.
